秘笈2自我介紹
通常在這段里介紹你的工作經(jīng)驗，特別需要注意的是，和所應(yīng)聘工作無關(guān)的經(jīng)歷就不要贅述了，如：
(1)I have been serving for over(數(shù)字)years in(以前供職單位).
(2)I have had(數(shù)字)years‘experience with(以前供職單位)as a(以前職務(wù)).
秘笈3說明原因
這里包含兩個方面的原因，一是離開現(xiàn)職的原因，二是申請新職位的原因，如：
(1)My reason for leaving my present employer is that I wish to get into the(申請職位的性質(zhì)，如：advertising)business.
(2)I left the office on account of the discontinuance of the business.
秘笈4證明能力
這部分非重重要，因為這體現(xiàn)你究竟能為公司做些什么，直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率，但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達最多的意思。還是那句話，和所應(yīng)聘職位無關(guān)的能力(包括證書、資格等)，也應(yīng)該堅決予以剔除，如：
(1)I have received a special English education(你的專業(yè)),and have a fair command of Japanese(你的副業(yè)).In addition,I know a little French.

秘笈5關(guān)于薪水
這是個比較敏感的問題，如果一定要在信中提及的話，也是可以應(yīng)付的，如：
(1)I am willing to serve on trial(試用)for some months at a low salary.
(2)I should require a salary of2,000RMB a month to begin with.
秘笈6當心結(jié)尾
成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的`，往往會在此提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的事情。因此，結(jié)尾一樣要引起重視，如：
(1)I should be glad to have a personal interview and can furnish references if desired.

秘笈7注意附件
這個部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細的簡歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時，需要注明，如：

(2)A copy of my transcript is enclosed.
