一、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的種類
1、中式英文簡(jiǎn)歷
中式簡(jiǎn)歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡(jiǎn)歷一起遞交，建議中文簡(jiǎn)歷中不寫(xiě)政治面貌。因?yàn)槿绻ネ馄蠊ぷ�，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒(méi)有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘人員從來(lái)不相信任何人寫(xiě)自己的性格，因?yàn)樗皇怯残缘臇|西，不象學(xué)歷、技能。有些人如果認(rèn)為公司要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的，便會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫(xiě)性格開(kāi)朗。有的是真的相信自己性格開(kāi)朗，有的是覺(jué)得寫(xiě)上更好，其實(shí)沒(méi)必要。
2、港式英文簡(jiǎn)歷

二、簡(jiǎn)歷要領(lǐng)
1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷？
好簡(jiǎn)歷當(dāng)然會(huì)被保留，如果背景又恰好是公司急需的，可能馬上就會(huì)約見(jiàn)求職者，不好的簡(jiǎn)歷就會(huì)被扔掉，事實(shí)上，不好的簡(jiǎn)歷就會(huì)被扔掉，事實(shí)上，連看都不看，任何一個(gè)知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡(jiǎn)歷。如果寫(xiě)得太差，根本就不值得保留，因?yàn)檫@些公司認(rèn)為，一個(gè)人連自己的簡(jiǎn)歷都寫(xiě)不好，將來(lái)進(jìn)了公司，對(duì)行文質(zhì)量不夠；對(duì)內(nèi)說(shuō)件事情也不清楚，公司不需要這樣的人，大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素，實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進(jìn)大公司，簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)得不好，也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式，沒(méi)有智慧。

3、簡(jiǎn)歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題。
